Private Events at WBY
PRICING:
- Reservation fee for either space on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday is $500 with a $250 deposit to secure the reservation. No fee is charged for use Monday through Thursday.
- The deposit will be deducted from the rental fee, with the remaining $250 due one week before your event.
- The reservation fee does not include food and drinks.
FOOD SELECTION:
- Wild Blue Yonder offers an in-house catering menu. Please see our Catering tab on our Menu for current offerings and pricing. Other licensed caterers are also permitted. (Douglas County Health prohibits serving food from non-licensed sources)
- Parties over 20 people must either pre-order food off our catering menu or arrange catering by a licensed caterer.
- If party size is less than 20 people, food can be either pre-ordered from our catering menu or each guest can order from the regular menu on the day of the event.
- When Wild Blue Yonder caters the event, all food is set up buffet style and disposable dining ware is provided.
